For contractors and small business owners, this is an affordable and secure place to "park your business." Zoning ordinances continue to become more stringent, often effectively kicking small growing businesses off residential properties before they're ready to invest in stand-alone business properties. We are filling the community need for a place for small contractors to park their work trucks, trailers, machines, etc. We also offer the option to rent a shipping container to be placed in the contractor yards, providing lockable & waterproof storage of any smaller items, like lawn care equipment, irrigation pipe & fittings, small machines, etc.
